It’s been an interesting week for the DA!
In Oudtshoorn, there’s been a failure to step in, address serious issues and lead into the immediate future. In Knysna, the KPH ran an interview and answers special that had the DA-lead municipality falling far short of real answers. BUT Plett, as it so often has, hogged the news when the DA’s most controversial Councillor, Johan Brummer, was dismissed for allegedly failing to pay his political party tithes – a R36 000 per month salaried member not paying R5600 makes no sense at all (and it was paid, by the way).
Across South Africa, there has being a failure to The People, the public…the YOU and ME!
Brummer reacted as only Brummer can, with much public fanfare, claiming that the DA’s leaders, across the Western Cape, are anything but saints, that those calling the shots have forgotten the principles and morals of the Democratic Alliance, have traded the compass for a direction self-serving.
We, here at JEF, take this stretched moment, to remind you of history which is far too often forgotten – that time when we said that the election in Plett/Bitou was stolen by the DA. We remind you that there was an issue of ballots, cast in the favour of the ANC…and cast away by the DA into the rubbish heap that has far too often become a common reality for lies spoken to THE PUBLIC.
Nothing about the DA shocks me. With brummer out in the cold we can stock up on beer and firelighters cos the games are about to begin. The Oudtshoorn Online already started a drip feeding scheme with juicy bits…..im waiting to witness how Brummer takes down all those he “indoctrinated with DA bull”
We should not be fooled by the DA’s cheap political tactic cos i think the DA they are just playing a game,very soon they will look for a soft landing deployment for brummer and all will be forgotten they ll kiss and hug and make up
Frankenstein’s monster is turning on him….but what else could you expect from Mr. Brommer…
Good luck to Brummer let’s see what he cooks up for us. I do not wish to be Helen Zille at this time with Brummer on the loose.
