Drama in Eden-Verhore

So, let me get this straight. Godfrey Louw, a man already found guilty (more than once) of fruitless and wasteful expenditure of tax payer’s money, has now suspended 3 high ranking, highly paid managers WITH FULL PAY AND BENEFITS, while the municipality presumably is paying other people to do their work. All the while, when (at least one) of these three has now been found to be not guilty of the fabricated charges against her? How much money have been wasted until now? That is without even calculating the costs of the disciplinare proceedings, but JUST merely wasted on paying salaries for suspended employees. And Godfrey is still the MM?!?! Seriously?

Yes and they have to pay out even more for those interns and employees whose contracts were terminated by a revengeful Louw. The next judgment of the arbitration hearing is expected by Friday 28 July 2012 and I know exactly which way it will go. Today they have lost another arbitration dispute, ja again! Where is that stupid Wessie vd Westhuizen now?

Ja and now the DA is turning the tables on their poster boy Memory. We warned you Memory, we warned you. The DA will use you like a condom and throw you away. Watch this space, poor old Memory will not last want “hy wil nie maak soos die baas hom beveel nie”.

Hi Terence. What do you know? Care to share?

      • Biko says:

For the first time Memory refused to play along with the DA War Room’s wicked games. After Mondi Stratu scored more points than Thys Gilliomee in the bid for the position of municipal manager, they fell back to their old proven and trusted remedy and instituted bogus disciplinary charges against Mondi, effectively disqualifying him from applying. Memory refused to be part of this scheme and put his foot down, ordering Thys to withdraw the charges. This brought him in disfavour with his DA masters and Brummer immediately instructed their propaganda soundboard, the Oudtshoorn Online, to twist and turn the true facts and attack Memory vehemently. Well done Memory, for the first time since you became mayor I am proud of you! When will the rest of the people realize what and who the DA in Bitou really is???? When will justice come to our town???? When will Zille step in or is she completely aware of the actions of her troops here in Bitou????

  4. Jo says:

Zille chooses to turn a blind eye because the desired effect is achieved by her troops’ actions. The so called exonerating report from MEC Bredell on the DiData fiasco is proof hereof. How do these people sleep at night, perhaps they sooth their own consciences (if they have any) by saying to themselves “this is politics”? Unfortunately for them this will not fly one day when they will have to explain their actions to the Man above………

And the Voolenhoven is returning to work on Thursday, ja hs suspension was lifted by the Bargaining Council Commissioner. Another blow for Godfrey Louw!
